CSU Poetry Center Announces 2016 Book Contest Titles
This is a monumental day for me. Today, Cleveland State University Poetry Center announced that they will be publishing my first full-length poetry collection, daughterrariums, in 2017! I am forever grateful to Daniel Borzutzky for choosing my manuscript as the winning title in the First Book Poetry Prize Competition. Borzutzky is the author of several poetry collections and a translator of even more books including Raúl Zurita’s Songs for his Disappeared Love. I am incredibly thankful to Caryl Page and am honored to work with the CSU Poetry Center team who have repeatedly brought fierce new collections into the world.
Congratulations to Jane Lewty who won the Open Book Poetry Competition and James Allen Hall who won the Essay Collection Competition!
